Hey Upper East Siders, guess who just landed a new movie role? The one and only Nate Archibold.
But seriously, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Chase Crawford has officially joined the cast of Inheritance— an indie thriller that is currently in production.
The Gossip Girl alum, who is set to play the lead character’s brother, will be joined by Simon Pegg, Connie Nielsen, Lily Collins and Patrick Warburton.
According to the synopsis, the film— which is an adaption of a screenplay written by Matthew Kennedy— follows a woman (Collins) whose wealthy and powerful father suddenly dies. He leaves his daughter with an envelope containing directions to a really shady cabin where she finds an imprisoned man who is holding onto some damning secrets— some of which could destroy her entire family.
The film will be helmed by British director Vaughn Stein, who previously directed Terminal — 2017 flick which both Margot Robbie and Simon Pegg were praised for.
At this point in time, a release date has not been revealed.
