The hottest names in Hollywood have recorded a musical tribute to late musician Prince, released on June 7, the day he would have celebrated his 58th birthday.
Game of Thrones star Kit Harington, 1980s supermodel Cindy Crawford, actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Captain America’s leading man Chris Evans all read—or, in the case of Evans, sang—some of Prince’s most well known songs including, ‘Little Red Corvette’ and ‘Kiss’.
Seven-time Grammy winner Prince Rogers Nelson passed away on April 21 from a self-administered, accidental opioid overdose. He was found unresponsive in a lift in his Paisley Park Studios estate outside Minneapolis, and could not be revived.
A public memorial for the singer is yet to be held, although his sister Tyka Nelson is reportedly organizing the formal farewell for August.
