So settle in because all the best Christmas content is coming to Netflix and Stan.

The Knight Before Christmas

Netflix’s new holiday special features the new queen of Christmas movies, Vanessa Hudgens.  The movie follows a “kind science teacher who has been disillusioned by love”.

Our main girl meets her “cursed” medieval knight various times throughout the movie, played by Josh Whitehouse, who she obviously falls in love with.

The Princess Switch

Vanessa cemented herself as our top pick for holiday movies last Christmas when she starred in this incredibly cheesy film.

Bakery owner Stacy finds her real life doppelgänger, Duchess of Montenaro Margaret. Trading places, Stacy falls for the prince while Margaret blossoms as a ‘commoner’.

It’s perfect.

Holiday in the Wild

While it’s being released around Christmas, it’s not really that Christmas-y. Starring Kristin Davis as a mother-of-one traveling to Africa for her second honeymoon, her husband files for divorce.

Going on the safari anyway, Kate meets elephant conservationist – Derek (Rob Lowe).

Let It Snow

Based on the young adult novel by Maureen Johnson, John Green, and Lauren Myracle, the movie follows a snowstorm that hits a small town on Christmas Eve.

A bunch of students are forced to band together after being stranded on their own.

Netflix describes the story simply: “Friendships and love lives unexpectedly collide”.

Cannot wait.

Love Actually

Known as the greatest Christmas movie of all time, it will be available on Stan for your viewing pleasure.

The British rom-com from 2003 features Hugh Grant, Liam Neeson, Emma Thompson, Keira Knightley, Alan Rickman and so many more.

Also made in 2003 was this banger of a Will Ferrell movie.

Starring the hilarious actor as Buddy the Elf, we see him travel from the North Pole to NYC after finding out he is actually a human… not an Elf.

Bad Moms 2

This movie was initially released as A Bad Moms Christmas, so naturally it’s a top pick for the holiday season.

The mothers struggle to deal with their own mothers visiting for Christmas. A classic.
