Did you know Adam Lambert was in Bohemian Rhapsody?

Nope.

After ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ cleaned up at the 2019 Golden Globes, Adam Lambert just revealed he had a cheeky cameo in the hit box office flick!

To be fair, we shouldn’t be this surprised considering he told Billboard at the film’s premiere in November last year that he was set to star in the movie, describing his character as “very, very mysterious.” But in between winning the Golden Globe for the Best Motion Picture Drama, and finding out Rami Malek actually has a super hot twin brother you can’t really blame us for forgetting!

Taking to Twitter, the singer-turned-actor—who starred in the comedy series ‘Glee’—shared a snap of himself from the film, captioning the photo: “Who is he?!”

Lambert played the truck driver who caught Freddie Mercury’s (Ranki Malek) attention while he was on the phone to his fiancé Mary Austin (Lucy Boynton). Yep, he was the guy who gave Freddie a wink and a kinky smile while he, and his band, were on their US tour.

Since 2011, Lambert has been belting out Queen’s greatest hits, performing with active band members under the name, Queen + Adam Lambert.

While he has inevitably put his own spin on the band’s classics, Lambert said he aims to carry on Mercury’s legacy “in a way that would make him proud and that he would get a kick out of. And I hope he’s envious of my footwear collection.”
