It’s very easy to mock Donald Trump. Plus, his face looks orange.
Maybe he has a penchant for carrots? Or perhaps he just overdoes it on the fake tan, or could it be that he has a makeup artist who’s colour blind?
The question as to why President Trump is orange is often asked. The answer lies below.
Is it because he eats too many carrots?
Unlikely. The 45th President of the United States has a well-documented preference for junk food and is often photographed eating McDonald’s and KFC. Neither of which contain carrots.
Does Donald Trump use spray tan?
Jason Kelly, a makeup artist, has worked with the President and he says there’s no sign of him using fake tan.
But, according to Kelly it’s likely he frequents a tanning bed. “I could tell he definitely does the tanning bed—or some sort of tanning with some sort of light—because he has that abrupt contrast around his eyes where they wear those goggles,” Kelly told Marie Claire.
Does Donald Trump wear makeup?
In a famous photo of President Trump and Canada’s President Trudeau, a gust of wind blew Trump’s hair away from his forehead exposing a large section of pale skin, and what looked suspiciously like a tan line.
Whether it was a case of unblended foundation, mis-applied fake tan or an actual tan line Trump is staying tight-lipped.
Why is Donald Trump’s face orange?
Honestly, your guess is as good as mine.
Photos of Trump from 20 years ago show him without a tan and no hint of orange skin, plus his blue eyes suggest his skin would be naturally pale.
So, is it a case of fake tan, spray tan, really bad makeup, poor lighting, tanning beds or gallons of carrot juice?
The truth about Agent Orange is far from closed.
