Wonder Woman has a bun in the oven!
Gal Gadot took to Instagram on Sunday afternoon to share that she is expecting her second child with husband Yaron Versano.
“So excited to share this wonder with you… #mummyforthesecondtime,” the actress, 31, captioned an adorable mirror selfie of herself and Versano joining hands to make a heart over her growing belly.
Gadot and Versano welcomed their first child, daughter Alma, in 2011.
In March, Gadot talked to Ellen DeGeneres about her daughter reacting to her role as Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and her own upcoming solo film.
“She came to visit me many times on set, and one time I was wearing the Wonder Woman costume, and then she asked me, ‘Mummy, if you wear a tiara does that mean you’re a queen and then I’m a princess?’ I said, ‘Well, I’m playing dress up, this is dress up.’ ”
And with next year’s release of her highly-anticipated Wonder Woman film, Gadot said she’s excited to serve as a role model for her little girl.
“Boys always had Batman and Superman, and Spider-Man… and girls have the princesses.” Now, she added, they have a headlining female hero, too.
