The on-screen lovers turned real-life couple subtly confirmed their baby news by being photographed out and about in London with their new arrival, but are yet to acknowledge the birth on social media.
However, a rep for the couple confirmed to E! News that the pair had welcomed a baby boy and are “very very happy!”
Rose and Kit fell in love while filming iconic series Game of Thrones together in 2012 and tied the knot six years later at the 12th-century Wardhill Castle in Scotland.
In September, Rose confirmed she was pregnant during an interview with the UK’s MAKE magazine, but kept tight-lipped about the details.
Instead, she spoke more broadly about spending time in the country while pregnant and in lockdown.
“What a glorious thing to be able to run to the countryside and recoup,” she told the website.
“It’s a great privilege to be surrounded by greenery, birdsong and hedgerows, and our delightful neighbours. It’s so peaceful.”
However, Rose did admit to The New York Post that she was looking forward to starting a family with Kit.
“I am thrilled to be expecting,” Rose she told the publication in October. “And I can’t wait to meet the new member of our family!”
