“With mutual love and respect, we have made the decision to separate as a couple. We are grateful for the friendship that we have and will continue to have,” the couple said.

While the news may come as a shock to some, many have noticed that the pair haven’t been spotted together in public for some time. In fact, the last time they made an appearance together was at the Oscars in March 2018.

“Every time I’ve seen Allison out recently, Ricky’s been nowhere to be seen,” a source close to the pair told the outlet, adding that they’re “distinctly different”.
