Tanya and Dave are stirring the pot yet again on House Rules: High Stakes, and this time, Tamara and Rhys are on the receiving end.
So, who do you think is in the right?
MUST WATCH: Meet Tanya and her model husband Dave
It all started when Tanya and Dave swiped Laith’s law degree from a random wall in his home ahead of the house being renovated.
Tanya took the document with dreams of ‘gifting’ it to Laith in a new frame above his bed, but Tamara, a lawyer herself, thought it would make more sense to put it in her assigned room, the study.
Understandable.

‘In the study we’re definitely going for a distinguished lawyer [look]. I would have put Laith’s degree on the wall but someone has taken it. Tanya and Dave have Laith’s degrees and they are planning on reframing and giving them to Laith,’ Tamara told viewers.
But Tanya put her foot down. She said she found it, Tamara had discarded it, and she wanted to give it to Laith as a present, full stop.
Tamara made a good point, the complete house renovation was the ‘present’, not Laith’s law degree, which he was already presented, by his university.
Dave gave in, admitting that it made more sense to go in the study, not the bedroom, but Tanya remained firm.

Tamara was starting to feel her blood boil.
‘I’m going to go and talk to Tanya about the degrees,’ she told her boyfriend, Rhys. ‘I’m pissed about it.’
Tanya maintained the finders keepers rule, which had Tamara incensed. She said she would talk to her husband and get back to her with a decision.
But once again, Tanya said she wouldn’t hand them over, because she’d carried them to and from her tent, which she’s sleeping in because she’s at the bottom of the leader board.

‘I’m trying to do something nice and it gets thrown in our face because we’re not tough enough,’ Tanya snapped.
‘We’ve got shit because we’re saying yes to everyone this week,’ Dave told the couple, after twins Kimmy and Rhi called him condescending.
‘We might be giving you points, as well,’ Tanya continued, enraged.
Dave told them, ‘We’re going to give it to you guys. We want to be fair and we want to do what’s right by the house.’
Turning to viewers, Tamara was satisfied with the outcome, joking, ‘These were way more trouble than they were worth. I think that law degree was harder to get than my law degree.’
