It’s time to update Instagram.
The latest feature will have many smiling.
You can now share GIFs with your friends in Instagram Direct messages.
Your DMs just got a whole lot more animated.
In any message, tap the new GIF button in the bar to open a library of the trending GIFs, of course powered by GIPHY.
You can even send a random GIF by pressing ‘random’ in the search bar.
The GIFs are also available for both iOS and Android.
