Jai Waetford may have found fame on Australian talent show X Factor, but the pop singer isn’t afraid to set his sights high as he announces he’s relocating to the US to work on his next album.
Since his time on the reality TV show, Waetford has gone on to release numerous EPs and has spent the past year touring Europe and Asia, supporting huge pop acts like Selena Gomez and Little Mix.
The 18-year-old star has been splitting his time between LA and Sydney, but while speaking to MacArthur Chronicle he confirmed that he is heading to the US and work on a full-length album that he hopes to release in 2018.
Waetford’s latest EP Drunk Together was released earlier this year.
