Jennifer Lopez Performs Orlando Tribute song

On July 11 Jennifer Lopez performed her new Orlando benefit single “Love Make the World Go Round” with Lin-Manuel Miranda on the US Today show.

The former American Idol judge, 46, and Miranda, 36, sang the tribute song in honour of the victims of the June 27 Orlando massacre, with 50 survivors and family members watching on the audience.

Lopez, who is mother to 8-year-old twins Emme and Maximillian, wore a $1,458 lace bra from Italian lingerie house La Perla for the special performance.

 “The world needs this right now — the world really needs the message of love being the answer,” she said after the performance. “That’s what really matters and that’s what makes the world go ’round, and nothing else. Hate, anger — it’s not going to get us anywhere.”
