If you thought Jessika Power and Jules Robinson had finally put their long-running feud to bed, I’m sorry, but you were wrong!

While spilling her thoughts on all the drama that’s ensued on this season of Married At First Sight with New Idea, Jess reflected on her own experience and what went on behind the scenes, unexpectedly admitting that the beloved redhead bride often made derogatory comments, however, they were never aired.
“When you get casted for these shows, I feel you get casted for a character,” Jess said, admitting she was labelled the “villain” while Jules was branded the “angel”.
“For example, Mick and my intimacy was brought up at one commitment ceremony and for some odd reason, Jules decided to have a hand in it. Anyway, the conversation was ‘why haven’t you slept with Mick yet?’ My grandmother had just passed away. I was grieving,” she explained. “Mick hadn’t asked me once if I was OK, he hadn’t asked how my family were feeling, all he would do is just slap my arse as I walked past him.
“Jules said, ‘you know Jess, one minute you’ve got your period, the next minute your nan’s dead. You’ve got an awful lot of excuses.”
“I was so teary and upset to the point where Mel, the expert, had to stand up and say ‘Jess is a young woman, and she’ll do with her body what she feels like.
“All of that was cut out, no-one had seen that on the show because that would’ve made me, the ‘villain’, be shown to the public as the victim and Jules was obviously being painted as this perfect little angel.
“A lot of her comments were cut out, which would have painted her in a more negative light, which I find really unfair.”
Interestingly, Jessika isn’t the only reality TV star who feels as though Jules’ true colours weren’t exposed on the unconventional dating series. Last year, Martha Kalifatidis said during a brutal YouTube video that Jules was “nothing but a bully”. She also claimed she was so “self-righteous” on the show, that she “was the reason for the divide between a lot of the girls”.
“I found Jules to be the biggest bully,” said Martha, who is still dating her MAFS groom Michael Brunelli. “I felt like she really iced Jess, Ines and I out and I feel like she was the reason for the divide between a lot of the girls. She was so self-righteous and I just feel like she made the other women who did want to be friends with us and who did hang out with us, almost ashamed to.”
