Nicole Richie turned 35 on Sept 21 and received a very sweet birthday message from her husband.
Taking to Instagram, Joel Madden shared a funny snap of himself and Richie, pretending to be disinterested by his wife who posed a faux kiss.
“Best Mum, Best Friend, Best Wife. Happy Birthday Nicole, You keep us all laughing…❤,” the 37-year-old captioned the snap.
The Good Charlotte singer also posted a second image of Richie beside a horse wearing a glittering gold gown. “The Birthday Walk 🌹,” he wrote alongside the picture.
The two have been married for almost six years and share two children together.
