Justin Bieber’s visit to Australia for his Purpose Tour has been marred with controversy. From calling a fan who wanted a selfie “sick” to being criticized for looking “bored” during his Melbourne concert.
However, the 23-year-old silenced the haters with the only way he knows how, by performing. Bieber declared it “the best night of his life” as he played to a sold-out crowd of 75 000 at Sydney’s ANZ Stadium.
Rather than keep fans waiting, the Grammy Winner started his concert early and continually thanked fans for their support during the show.
In one of the night’s most touching moments the singer – who himself was discovered at 13 – invited a handful of his younger fans onto the stage to dance with him during the song Children.
And the crowd lapped it up, with many taking to social media after the event to express their happiness with his effort.
