Kailyn Lowry has opened up about her complicated relationship with ex-husband Javi Marroquin.
Following the birth of her third child with friend Chris Lopez, Lowry revealed that she does not want her newborn having any relationship with Marroquin.
“I don’t see a reason for him to be involved other than knowing and acknowledging that this is Lincoln’s half sibling. That being said, on my end, there is no bad blood. But I don’t think there is any reason for him to necessarily be involved,” she told Radar.
However, what makes things complicated is that an attorney revealed to Radar that: “Delaware law states that the ex-husband is presumed the father of a child if the child is born less than 300 days after the divorce.”
For Marroquin to free himself from paternal responsibilities, he would have to file a valid denial of paternity, and Lopez would have to claim paternity.
