Taking his multiple attempts to win her back into consideration, many feared he might be using this time in isolation to try and rekindle their romance. However, the Kar-Jenner clan aren’t worried and trust the mum’s judgement.
“They are supportive of whatever works for Khloe and True and they’re all for her spending time with Tristan, so long as he’s good and loyal to her. They all do really love Tristan,” a source close to the former couple told Hollywood Life.

According to the insider, Khloe’s famous family know she will “do what is best for her and her family” and are well aware she has no plans to get back together with the basketball player— who infamously cheated on her when she was nine months pregnant with their daughter, True.
“They’ll be there for her with whatever she needs. Khloe seems to be really happy right now with the progress she’s made with Tristan, both as co-parents and within themselves. And if Khloe’s happy, that’s really all that matters.
“Khloe is very clear they’re not back together at this time and everyone, including Tristan, is aware of this. There are feelings of love there, but they are not romantically involved at all at this point.”
Although the Good American founder’s decision to spend more time with the athlete seems like a tough one to make, her pal told Us Weekly it was a no brainer. Apparently, Khloe’s only focus is ensuring True’s life is as normal and peaceful as possible.

“Khloé doesn’t have bad or negative feelings toward Tristan at this point,” the source dished. “Being quarantined has made her have a soft spot for him, and she knows he will always be part of her life in some way because he is True’s dad. Khloé has been open and receptive toward Tristan.”
Khloe has made no secret of the fact co-parenting with Tristan has been challenging at times.
“Oh, it’s hard. It’s not easy for me,” she said during an appearance on Jay Shetty’s On Purpose podcast. “You know, it would be easier for me to keep my daughter away…but he never hurt True. Him and I have our own relationship and then Tristan and True have theirs, and I will never come in between that. I don’t believe in that.”
“I want to show my daughter it’s OK and it’s a beautiful thing to also forgive her dad. He’s a great person. Maybe him and I weren’t compatible in that way, but that’s OK.”

As for why she’s decided to forgive him, Khloe said: “I think we all make mistakes, we’re humans. But it’s only going to hurt me if I’m holding on to this anger and playing this victim role. I don’t believe in being a victim. I just feel like we’re all so quick to exile people, and it’s just so heavy to me.”
