He’s set to wed fiancée Jasmine Yarbrough in Mexico on December 8, and Karl Stefanovic has spilled some interesting details about his upcoming nuptials.
Speaking to the Courier Mail, the 44-year-old said that despite the exotic location, there will be plenty of Aussie spirit on the big day.
‘I’m marrying a Queensland girl, there is going to be a few Queensland elements to the wedding. It’s a really important thing for us,’ he told the publication.
‘There’s going to be a lot of love in the room, and I think it will be a really nice opportunity to say “thanks and we’re getting on with it”’.
The Today host also went on to say that he and Jasmine, 34, are ‘very fortunate to have met each other’ and ‘just want to focus on getting on with life’.
The pair plan to spend their honeymoon back home in Australia.
‘We’ve got to go see my mum up in Cairns, which is going to be hot, and we’ve got other family in Queensland, so we’re just going to be hanging around which is going to be so nice,’ he said.
