Katie Holmes is remembering her “guardian angel”.
The actress took to Instagram to share a sweet tribute to her late grandmother, who recently passed away.
“My beautiful grandma became our guardian angel today. She was a woman of the greatest strength and greatest compassion,” Holmes, 38, wrote alongside a vintage photo of her grandmother.
“I miss her very much but I see her beautiful soul shining bright in the eyes of her great grandchildren who she loved deeply. I have been honored to be her grandchild. ❤.”
The actress recently shared a throwback photo with her “strong and beautiful” mother.
