She might be one of the world’s biggest names, but Kendall Jenner was not a fan favourite at a recent NFL game.

On Monday evening, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star— who’s a known sports fanatic— her sister Kylie and a bunch of their close friends went to watch the Los Angeles Rams take on the Baltimore Ravens.
Seated in the VIP area, it was only a matter of time before her face flashed up on the jumbotron, with the model quickly waving and blowing a few kisses to the crowd. Unfortunately, the reality star’s smile suddenly turned into a frown when her appearance on the big screen was met with jeers rather than cheers.
Yep, she was booed by the entire crowd.
And yep, the second-hand embarrassment is SO real.
While the Victoria’s Secret Angel no doubt felt under attack, she brushed off the criticism and encouraged fans to cheer instead as she waved her arms above her head. As expected, the crowd refused to change their tune.
In spite of the nasty diss— and dozens of people revelling in it— some kind souls stuck up for the 24-year-old and said it was totally uncalled for.
“How disrespectful is this. Like seriously. Poor kendall,” one shared.
“They announced Kendall and Kylie were at the game tonight and everyone literally booed. Like how much of a victim do you have to be to boo someone for being successful if you mad then get money tf,” another Tweeted.
Although Kenny regularly attends sporting events, she’s considered by many to be a bad omen as she brings the infamous Kardashian Kurse with her. Basically, a bunch of people literally believe her presence results in players either being injured, missing the basket or losing the game completely.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Kendall has been mocked. Taking to the stage at this year’s Emmy Awards to present the winner for the most outstanding reality TV series, the room erupted in laughter when Kendall and her half-sister Kim Kardashian suggested their popular reality show was 100 per cent authentic and, ahem, real.
“Our family knows first-hand how truly compelling television comes from real people just being themselves,” Kim said as laughter began to fill the auditorium and Kendall’s eyes wandered.
“Telling their stories, unfiltered and unscripted,” Kendall continued as some of Hollywood’s biggest names chuckled. “Here are the nominees for Outstanding Competition Series.”
Although they refused to let the obvious jabs get to them and continued to present straight-faced, Twitter erupted with some of the most hilarious memes.
“The crowd’s reaction to Kim Kardashian saying reality shows were just “real people living their lives unscripted” could not have been more perfect. #unscriptedlaughter#emmys,” one user Tweeted.
“How about the whole audience just cackling at the idea of the Kardashians being real… even Kim knew it was funny #Emmys,” another added.
A third clocked the awkward moment, writing: “Eeeek. There was a very loud laugh from the audience when Kim Kardashian was presenting. Laughing at her; not with her. It was uncomfortable (and, in my opinion, uncalled for) in the room. #Emmys.”
