If you’re a fan of Kendall Jenner‘s minimalist, model-off-duty street style, you’ve probably noticed that, sometimes, her wardrobe is so streamlined she tends to leave her undergarments at home. Because, according to the supermodel, she prefers the braless life.
In a recent post on her website/app, the 20-year-old addressed her affinity leaving her undergarments at home in an attempt to “free the nipple.”
“I really don’t see what the big deal is with going braless,” Jenner wrote on her website/app. “I think it’s cool and I really just don’t care! It’s sexy, it’s comfortable and I’m cool with my breasts. That’s it!
The runway star added that going braless gives her the freedom to debut some of her favourite nipple rings, which, she’s had for a few months now.
“It’s also a fun way to show off my different nipple rings,” she wrote. “[Jewellery designer] Jacquie Aiche made me a couple of pieces that are really sick, like a pair of angel wings.”
Speaking of nipple rings, just last week, momager Kris Jenner broke her silence on Kendall’s NSFW accessory in a radio show interview with Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O during an episode of KIIS FM’s The Kyle and Jackie O Show.
“I must tell you the truth: The only place I’ve ever seen it is in a picture somewhere on the Internet or in a magazine where it showed through,” Jenner told the co-hosts. “So I’ve never seen it in person.”
She continued, adding that when she did find out about her daughter’s newly acquired piercings (after Kylie also pierced her nipples) she was, for lack of a better word, shocked.
“No, it’s not Kendall! That’s why it was so surprising,” she said. “I thought, ‘This is not real.’ And then I just let it go. I thought, ‘I don’t even want to know.’ I’m in denial.”
