There’s been a new development in the Khloe Kardashian/Tristan Thompson dating saga, and we’re still trying to wrap our heads around it.

An unnamed source close to the mum-of-one recently told Radar Online Khloe is now trying to get back with her cheating ex and is *apparently* “not shy in letting him know after a few drinks”.
“Khloe drinks most, if not every, night of the week these days,” the source alleged. “And more often than not it ends up with her calling Tristan and slurring down the phone about how badly he messed up but she still misses him.”
According to the insider, the Good American founder was adamant a few months ago that she’d never rekindled her romance with the basketballer, however, her mindset has changed since Jordyn Woods passed her lie detector test— proving she didn’t sleep with Tristan.
“It’s gotten so bad he ignores her calls if it’s past 8 p.m., which only sends her into this intense frenzy,” the source revealed. “She’s even sent her assistant over to his place if he doesn’t pick up, demanding that he calls her back right then and there.”
Hmm… I don’t know about this one!
News of a potential reconciliation will come as a shock to most seeing as Khloe has said multiple times on this season of KUWTK that she has little interest in getting back with Tristan.
For instance, in a recent episode of their hit reality series, we saw the former couple— who split after Tristan was caught kissing Kylie Jenner’s best friend, Jordyn Woods— chat over FaceTime while her best friends Malika Haqq and Khadijah Haqq McCray watched on.
As Khloe was saying goodnight and telling her daughter she loves her, Tristan decided it was the perfect opportunity to say the same thing to his ex-girlfriend.
“Alright, love you,” he said before the Good American founder literally responded with, “bye… thank you!”
Naturally, Malika drew attention to the cringe-worthy moment, with Khloe admitting she too was taken aback by his rogue comment.
“I don’t know what to say. I just think now, I’ve already seen how this ride goes and I don’t enjoy it. So it’s like why would I want to do it for the third time? Right now, the most I can handle is a co-parenting relationship… Tristan wants more than that,” she said.
Then, in an interview in November, Khloe once again confirmed she’s done with his drama, admitting she has little interest in dating anyone right now.
“I haven’t jumped into dating,” she said on Jay Shetty’s On Purpose podcast. “I don’t care to date right now. I’m not in a rush for it. I feel so good in my life and I don’t really need much else. So, something that I’m focusing on is just making sure that I process everything.”
As for where she stands with Tristan now, Khloe said she’s chosen to forgive him for the sake of bettering her family.
“I think we all make mistakes, we’re humans. But it’s only going to hurt me if I’m holding on to this anger and playing this victim role. I don’t believe in being a victim. I just feel like we’re all so quick to exile people, and it’s just so heavy to me.”
“I want to show my daughter it’s OK and it’s a beautiful thing to also forgive her dad. He’s a great person. Maybe him and I weren’t compatible in that way, but that’s OK.”
