Kourtney Kardashian might’ve told her sister Kim that serving junk food at their daughters’ party didn’t align with her “brand”, but that didn’t stop the former reality TV star from having a candy bar at her Poosh event!

On Monday, Kourt— who’s devoted the last few years to building her health and wellness brand— threw a lavish Poosh party where she served various kinds of candy including chocolate, M&Ms, marshmallows, freckles and chips.
Naturally, a furious and confused Kim took to Instagram to slam her older sister for the sugary offerings, branding her a hypocrite.
“There is a candy bar here that is not sugar-free or gluten-free, I don’t know what to do, I don’t know what to say,” the KKW Beauty founder said sarcastically. “Well, at least it’s plastic-free,” Kim added.
Kim’s not so subtle dig comes after she was embroiled in a bitter feud with the mum-of-three over what food to serve at their daughters’ joint birthday Candyland themed party. While Kim was hoping to have sugary treats at the big bash, Kourtney threatened to cancel the party if she didn’t agree to her strict terms and conditions.
“It’s not going to be healthy,” the makeup mogul said on a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians before admitting the party would be a fun free zone if Kourt got her way. “She has this vision of no sugar or no disgusting chemicals in candy. It’s like a completely sugar-free, gluten-free, party-free, fun-free zone because Kourtney has decided that it just doesn’t make sense,” she continued in a confessional.
Their fight reached fever pitch when a furious Kourtney said the theme wasn’t didn’t align with her “brand”.
“My brand is not unhealthy,” Kourtney said before Kim savagely replied: “This is about a kids’ party. This is not about your brand….Then why does your car have leather seats? Why are you wearing plastic glasses?
“I just don’t understand why Kim isn’t trying to compromise at all and she doesn’t feel guilty about giving not only her kids and my kids, but all these kids coming to the party so much junk and candy. It’s such a dated vibe to be like that,” the mum to Reign, Penelope and Mason concluded.
As we know, after a series of intense arguments, Kourtney announced last month that she’s quit their hit reality show. Despite claiming her departure was based on wanting to spend time more time with her kids, those closest to the star are calling her bluff.
An insider friendly with Kourtney and Kim— who is well aware of their strained dynamic— recently told Radar Online she didn’t leave the show on her own accord, rather was pushed out by her younger sister.
“Kourt is accusing Kim of forcing her off the show by belittling and cutting her out of the loop for months if not years now,” the pal dished, adding she was backed into a corner and had no choice but to tap out. “She’s convinced this all started because Kim got jealous that she was losing her divine right to be next in line to her mom, and bit by bit she’s used her influence to undermine Kourtney at every turn.”
Kim’s alleged actions align with claims tension between the pair continues when the cameras stop rolling, with rumours swirling they “can’t stand to be in the same room as each other”.
“Kourtney has hated Kim for a couple of years now. She thinks she’s vapid and mean,” a well-placed insider told Radar Online in October. “Their egos have clashed big time and when the cameras aren’t on, they don’t speak. There are hints of their feud, of course, but the reality is they genuinely can’t stand each other.
“Kourtney has much better things to do with her time thank kiss up to Kim,” the source continued, adding Kim believes Kourtney “would be nobody without her”.
She all but confirmed this was accurate during a recent interview in which she was asked why she and the Skims founder constantly bicker.
“It’s up and down a lot,” she said of their relationship on The Real, before the journalist asked why both Khloe and Kim were shooting daggers at their sister. “Because they gang up on me all day,” she angrily added before Kim interjected, saying: “Welcome to my life. That’s what you did to me my whole life until two years ago.”
