Billionaire makeup mogul, Kylie Jenner, has filed a restraining order against a crazy male fan who showed up at her house earlier this week.

According to court documents obtained by E! News, the man hiked through the reality TV star’s gated community which enabled him to access her driveway. When he reached the front door, he allegedly knocked “aggressively” and claimed he was there to visit the 22-year-old who he’s never met.
Thankfully, he was unable to get into her home and her security quickly intervened and escorted the male off her property. He was later arrested for trespassing on private property.
“I have suffered, and continue to suffer emotional distress,” the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star stated in the documents. “I have a young child and also fear for her safety,” she said referencing her 20-month-old daughter, Stormi who she shares with Travis Scott.
The man arrested is said to have pleaded not guilty to the charge. He also pleaded not guilty to an additional felony charge of bringing contraband, a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, into the jail where he was booked.
According to the outlet, a court hearing is scheduled for November 20 and at this point in time, it’s unclear whether Kylie will attend.
This isn’t the first time a member of the Kar-Jenner action has been forced to take legal action. Last year, the Kyle Cosmetics founder’s older sister, Kendall Jenner, dealt with the same issue when a man by the name of John Ford stepped onto her property. She also filed a restraining order against him and he was deported to Canada less than a month later.
“As a result of Mr. Ford’s repeated stalking, I have suffered, and continue to suffer, emotional distress,” Kendall said in a statement.
“We are extremely appreciative of the hard work by the Los Angeles Police Department and ICE, whose swift response and professionalism lead to the apprehension of this man,” her mother Kris Jenner also stated. “Not only have his actions had a severe impact on Kendall’s life, but on our entire family, causing all of us to fear for her safety as well as our own. Knowing this individual is in custody gives us peace of mind.”
