Three years after finalising their divorce, Lamar Odom still has plans to win back his ex-wife, Khloe Kardashian.
Doing press for his new tell-all memoir, “Darkness to Light”, the former basketballer stopped by The Jenny McCarthy Show where he candidly admitted that he’s still in love with the Keeping up With the Kardashians star.
Speaking about their whirlwind romance and decision to tie the knot after meeting only one month prior, Lamar said that “love is strange.”

“I’m gonna tell you something too. I love my family with all my heart, but that’s how I knew she was the one because no one could tell me no I wasn’t getting married to Khloe. It would have been real easy for me to say, ‘Alright, don’t ever call me again’… that’s how strong it was.”
Jenny then asked him whether he still considers her the love of his life to which is simply said, “yes”.
Despite this, Lamar isn’t convinced he’ll ever win her back, let alone reconcile their differences.
“I hope. I wake up hoping that, but you probably would have to ask her,” he said.
During an interview on The Ringer’s Against All Odds with Cousin Sal podcast, Lamar also revealed that his celebrity crush is, you guessed it, still Khloe,
“If I had to date a celebrity it would be Khloe Kardashian,” he said.
These super weird revelations come after the star recently released his tell-all memoir “Darkness To Light”. In it, he drops a number of bombshells, one being that he threatened to kill his then-wife while on a drug-fuelled bender.
In one chapter he recalls being high on ecstasy and cocaine in his “man cave” when he “forcefully” grabbed Khloe after she called his friends for help because he was hallucinating.
“Khloe came down and knocked on the door. I opened it suddenly and grabbed her forcefully by the shoulders, which frightened her. ‘What the f**k are you doing?’ I screamed, out of my mind. ‘You trying to embarrass me in front of my friends? I’ll f**king kill you! You don’t know what I’m capable of!’”

Worried for her safety, Kardashian ran upstairs and slammed the door. Odom later tried to apologise to the reality TV star, asking for her forgiveness.
“I was embarrassed and ashamed,” he recalls. “It was a new low for our relationship and my life.”
“I’m pretty sure she had to be scared at that point in time,” he said. “I’m thinking about it now, like, I couldn’t believe how I was treating that queen like that.”
