Married At First Sight’s Nadia Stamp was blindsided by her “husband” Anthony Manton after the regional race caller dumped her as soon as the cameras stopped rolling.
While the betrayed 36-year-old expressed her heartache during the two final reunion episodes, she has since turned it into a positive learning experience.
“This show has really taught me a lot about myself,” Stamp told TV WEEK. “It’s made me re-establish myself as a person.”

The bride received public backlash for her decision to stay with Manton, however she maintains that she has no regrets.
“I’m proud to stand by my values,” Stamp declared. “I don’t need to be swayed by what society or people expect. At the end of the day, I’m Nadia and I own myself and my body.”
Although the television social experiment didn’t turn out as the flight-attendant had hoped, she says she’s determined to “find compatibility” and a “happy relationship”.
