The ongoing issues between Married At First Sight’s Nadia and Anthony hit breaking point in last night’s episode, resulting in Nadia’s shock exit.

Tension started to built last week when they were told by experts that Brisbane based Nadia would “most likely be the one to move” to Sydney to be with her new man.

Nadia festered over the shocking revelation until last night when she entered the dinner party looking noticeably uncomfortable.

At the alcohol fuelled dinner party, the couples began discussing their romantic weekends away.

Nadia wanted no part in this so she stood up and left the room, telling producers that she just “needed to regroup.”

“I’m not going to be like ‘I’m great I’m great’ while inside I’m dying. That’s not who I am,” she continued.

After finally returning to the group, Anthony continuously asked if she was alright which seemed to irritate her even more.

As the dinner party continued, expert John Aiken brought in honesty boxes with questions for the couples to ask each other.

Anthony asked Nadia: “Do you believe my feelings for you are genuine?”

After a brief silence, Nadia responded with “aaaaah” then tentatively said: “yeah, I do.”

Nadia finally confronted Anthony, asking him if his career was more important than their relationship to which he responded:

“I came into this experiment with a career that I love, but I go home alone and so that only counts for so much and it’s a lonely time. Having someone to go home to is more important than a career.”

The episode ended with the couple looking noticeably more uncertain about their future.
