Margot Robbie has revealed that she still has flatmates, including her boyfriend Tom Ackerley and four others.
The 25-year-old actress says that they originally had seven people living in the same flat; they had however recently reduced down to the six of them.
“Until recently we were living with seven others. I like living with lots of people. It reminds me of the house I grew up in,” Robbie told news.com.au.
She also said that although she’s worth millions, she doesn’t really like to splash the cash.
“It actually makes me really anxious, just the idea of it. It seems crazy to spend a huge amount of money on things you don’t need. I’m pretty frugal,” she said.
“I’ve never spent money on staying anywhere beautiful and I’ve never paid a lot in rent,” she added. “I’ve saved my money from my time on Neighbours (playing Donna Freedman from 2008 to 2011) and spent it on moving to America, acting classes, and dialect coaches.”
The actress also discussed settling down and starting a family.
“Well, you’d have to be in one place and I’m never in one place,” Robbie explained. “I can’t even have a pet because I keep moving around too much. So family is definitely going to have to wait for now.”
