David Cannon has confirmed suspicion the Married At First Sight reunion episode will be more intense, dramatic and explosive than the boys’ and girls’ night’s combined!

Dropping a few juicy spoilers before the episode hits our screens, the unpopular truck driver said the only topic they discussed during the evening was Stacey Hampton and Mikey Pembroke’s alleged affair— a scandal that was exposed off-screen.
According to David, it all kicks off after Mikey’s ex-wife, Natasha Spencer, took it upon herself to stir the pot and expose the duo to the rest of the cast, eventually resulting in an ugly and out-of-control screaming match.
“Natasha stands up and she goes ‘ding ding ding’ on her glass,” David told James Weir on news.com.au’s podcast Not Here To Make Friends. “She goes, ‘Thank you everyone for coming, past and present’, blah blah blah. Then she goes to Stacey and goes, ‘And thank you Stacey for f**king my husband’. And that was round one.”
Naturally, Stacey explodes at Mikey however is left red-faced when he provides concrete evidence that seemingly proves they secretly slept together while filming the dating experiment. Their co-star Hayley Vernon— who hooked up with Stacey’s husband— echoed a similar sentiment last week, claiming “Stacey just can’t stand on her own two feet and cop it on the chin.”
“Mikey gets his phone out and there’s a lot of stuff that goes on,” David said. “He pulls out receipts, pulls out messages, it was very contrived. Everything was very wishy washy. Still to this day… I like Mikey and I like Stacey as individuals, but I still don’t know who to believe.”
While he’s still confused about what really went on behind the scenes, David said he found it strange Mikey ditched his bougie holiday in Europe to attend the reunion, hinting his co-stars were also divided and unconvinced the affair took place.
“That’s the thing I don’t understand. Mikey was in Switzerland or Spain or somewhere fancy, overseas lapping up the high life with his family and he flew back just for the reunion, and he wasn’t going to come back originally. Why would you come back just to start a s**t storm?”
After this juicy drama is discussed (more like screamed) David revealed we’ll see Stacey and Michael’s relationship implode as the controversial businessman ditches his wife after hearing she’d gone behind his back. A little rich, hey!
“F**k no— by the end of the (final) dinner party, they’re not together,” David said of their romance.
He also addressed the status of Drew Bauer and KC Osborne’s marriage, shockingly revealing their relationship wasn’t able to stand the test of time, despite pledging to stay together at the final vows.
“I can tell you, they don’t make it to the reunion, that’s for sure. No f**ks given ay, I don’t even care about ruining the show,” said the truck driver, who was involved in a number of feuds during his short stint on the show.
Thankfully, it’s not all bad news for those hoping that finding love on a reality series is feasible! According to David, Ivan Sarakula and Aleks Markovic remained together after leaving the dating experiment and rock up to the reunion hand in hand! As we know, they sensationally quit after being persistently badgered about whether they’d been intimate and if the real estate agent really showed a “provocative” and “sexual” video of his wife to their co-stars.
“Ivan and Aleks are still together, they’re legends. I can’t speak for today but I went out with Ivan only a week or so ago, and they were together,” he dished, adding Elizabeth Sobinoff and Seb Guilhaus still remain a couple.
