Married At First Sight’s Jessika Power learnt very early on that she could capitalise off her ‘bad girl’ reputation.

And while most of Australia figured her 15 minutes of fame would be up by now, as the controversial star’s Instagram follower count continues to rise, she’s started making up to $10, 000 a week from brand deals and sponsored social media posts. As of late, last season’s MAFS villain has promoted everything from teeth whitening devices and sex toys to skincare products and restaurants to fillers.
“You know what, I’m going to tell the truth… I don’t have to pay for anything,” she boasted about her newfound wealth in an interview with the Daily Mail. “I don’t pay for my outfits or clothes.”
The reality TV star turned Instagram influencer— who has over 216, 000 followers on the platform— even revealed she travels abroad for free, with dozens of companies sending her on mini trips in exchange for a favourable social media post or kind review.
“Everyone is going to sit there and go, ‘What a b***h!’ But that’s some of the perks of being a reality star,” she continued.
Despite earning what she describes as a sizeable income, Jessika told the outlet she uses her money to help and support her family.
“I send money to my little brothers and sisters,” she said. “My sister is studying at the minute, so I send her money as she doesn’t work and is living out of home. I guess I spend my money on that.”
As we know, Jessika also tips the paparazzi off in exchange for cash. Earlier this year, while she was dating star Nick Furphy, she staged photos which showed the former Married At First Sight star rubbing her belly while pretending to be pregnant.
After a huge meal, Jess— who was pictured tucking into a corn dog before chowing down some fairy floss— stopped for a photoshoot where she invited Nick to kiss and touch her imaginary baby bump. She was later seen cradling her stomach as Nick looked adoringly at her food baby.
