Married At First Sight’s Selina Chhaur has joined Domenica Calarco in the new series Dom’s Debrief to give fans an exciting update on her life since the reality TV show.
Despite making it through the series with on-screen husband Cody Bromley, the couple broke up just 24 hours after the reunion aired, and now Selina Chhaur has opened up about just how blind-sided she was in the situation.
“Honestly it was really tough post-show,” she explained to Domenica, “I was dealing with a relatively fresh break up – then I had to re-watch everything.”
Selina also let it slip that she and Cody still haven’t spoken to each other since their breakup.
Throughout their discussion, Selina also divulged how the shock breakup had led to her diving into “healing and surrounding myself with good people and energy.”
And although she isn’t dating at the moment – the reason why is exciting!
“I have come to the massive conclusion, that I am now leaving my hometown, I’m leaving the nest and I’ll be coming to Sydney!” she announced to Domenica.
“Because of that I haven’t been dating, because I’m leaving in a few weeks.”
“I’m doing it for myself, this has nothing to do with pleasing a partner, or my parents – this is a choice for me and that’s so empowering,” she continued.
And although she doesn’t hold “any grudges or resentment” towards ex-Cody, who lives in Sydney – she isn’t keen on running into him.

Later in the interview, Selina also confirmed speculation that there was another man in the season she had her eyes on!
When asked by Domenica if she wished she had been matched with anyone else on the season, Selina made it clear that she had her eyes on Anthony.
“He was exactly what I wrote on my application,” she explained, before describing him as “such a gentleman” and “everything you want in a man.”
