Ben, Jess, Khahn and Sashi were paired off to cook against each other in a duel decided by a knife pull. Ben and Jess were tasked to bring the judges a meal inspired by winter, whilst Khahn and Sashi had to cook a meal inspired by summer.

Judges Gary, George and Matt deemed Sashi’s summer dish successful, whilst Matt won the duel against Jess with his “perfect” meal.
