There will be more love in the air than a five-set tie break now that tennis stars and their girlfriends flock to Melbourne for the Australian Open.
While the world’s biggest tennis stars battle it out, another competition will be happening in the stands- Best Dressed TWAG (tennis wag, of course).
And as much as we admire the tennis players, we are much more interested in their equally as successful and better-dressed halves.
Here’s a list of all the wives and girlfriends behind the Australian Open’s biggest male stars:
Paige Lorenze
Paige Lorenze is the 27-year-old fiancée of American tennis player Tommy Paul.
The sportsman popped the question to the Dairy Boy founder in July 2025 with an 8-carat diamond ring… niiice.
The emerald-cut diamond is estimated to have cost around $898,000 AUD ($600k USD), according to Benjamin Khordipour, a highly regarded jewellery researcher at Estate Diamond Jewelry told Brides.
Alongside her fashion brand, Paige is a popular content creator who boasts over 1 million followers on Instagram and 316k YouTube subscribers.
Morgan Riddle
One of the most well-known “TWAGS” is US born influencer Morgan Riddle.
The 28-year-old has been dating American tennis player Taylor Fritz for five years after matching on the celebrity dating app, Raya, during the pandemic.
Morgan, who has over 480k followers on Instagram, featured heavily on Netflix’s docu-series Break Point, which gave a behind-the-scenes look at the lives of top tennis players.
Ayan Broomfield
Move over Mary Fowler and Nathan Cleary, Ayan Broomfield and Frances Tiafoe are coming to town.
And there’s only room for one iconic sports couple!
The former Canadian tennis star has been dating American tennis player Frances Tiafoe for almost a decade.
Ayan, who also featured on the Break Point series, has carved out a successful career after her time on the court.
The former tennis player has partnered with many well-known brands such as Grey Goose and Victoria’s Secret.
Sophia Thomalla
Sophia Thomalla is the 36-year-old girlfriend of controversial German tennis player Alexander Zverev. The pair have been dating since late 2020.
The 28-year-old sports star was accused of violence by two of his previous partners- something he has vehemently denied.
His former girlfriend, Olya Sharypova, first made her allegations in an interview with Russian website Championat after posting a photo of herself with Zverev claiming she had been a victim of domestic violence.
However, she did not pursue the claims with the police or the court.
Zherev was also accused of domestic abuse in 2023 by Brenda Patea, with whom he has a child, according to the ABC.
The tennis player was subsequently heckled during the Australian Open men’s singles trophy ceremony last year.
As he stepped forward to receive his second place trophy, a spectator shouted: “Australia believes Olya and Brenda.”
Zverev paid a settlement to his former partner and to deny the claims.
Thomalla has stood by his side throughout.
