Michelle Williams is usually quite a private A-lister, but the actress opened up about a special relationship in her life.
On December 18, the 36-year-old called her longtime friend Busy Philipps the love of her life at screening of her new film Manchester By The Sea.
“I’m here with my best friend,” she told PEOPLE.
“I’m so in love with her. She’s proof that the love of your life does not have to be a man! That’s the love of my life right there.”
Philipps, 37, posted a hilarious throwback shot of the duo from 2001 alongside Sunday night’s glamorous red carpet pic. “I love that we almost always stand on the same side of each other,” she wrote. “Also, can I just say-we aren’t at a costume party in 2001. That’s legit how we were dressed for a regular night out.”
The two were costars on popular TV show Dawson’s Creek.
