“You know I couldn’t fit this award in my bag but I did find this [her joint], so thank you guys very much,” she said at the time.
Ever since she pulled that blunt out of her black and white Chanel clutch, took a huge puff and then proceeded to twerk on stage while wearing a tight white leotard, the Disney star has been blacklisted from ever attending another award show.
Taking to Instagram seven years after she grabbed headlines for the rogue stunt, the ‘Slide Away’ singer showed no regrets and even reminded her followers of the iconic moment.
“& we wonder why I’m not invited anymore,” the daredevil captioned the clip.
As expected, a slew of celebrities dropped a few supportive comments under the video, with many praising the ex-wife of Liam Hemsworth for not giving a damn.
“What a baller,” newly single Vanessa Hudgens wrote.
“I’d have you at mine if I had one,” said Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna added.
“The GOAT,” singer Tory Lanez also said.
Miley was noticeably missing from the 2020 Grammy Awards where her father Billy Ray Cyrus won two awards. Rather than throwing shade at those who created the guest list, the Black Mirror star celebrated her dad’s win!
“Huge congrats to @lilnasx and @billyraycyrus on their Grammy wins last night! I love you both like family… well one I HAVE to love like family and the other one I WANT to! love u bro,” she wrote.
