Fans of Offspring took to Twitter to praise the show for its realistically raw depiction of Jimmy and Zara’s relationship breakdown.
Although the couple’s relationship had been under strain for a while, Jimmy (Richard Davies) and Zara (Jane Harber) finally called time on their relationship in an intense breakup scene last night.
A heartbroken Jimmy told Zara he never felt he was never good enough for her.
‘I gave you everything you ever asked for. I worked a sh**ty job to support you,’ he said.
‘And while I was at home raising OUR sons, you f****d another man! I’ve never been good enough for you and no matter what I do, I never will be. I hate you.’
