Singer-songwriter, Pink has been harbouring a long-term crush for Johnny Depp.
The 36-year-old, whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore, appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday alongside 52-year-old Johnny Depp.
However, before Depp made it out on stage Pink confessed she “can’t talk” when she’s in the actors presence. She also confessed that Depp was one of only two guys, excluding her husband, who could make her knees go weak. The other was 64-year-old Michael Keaton.
Pink told Jimmy about the first time she spotted Depp in a music store and resorted to hiding. Pink said, “I didn’t want to meet him. My husband made me meet him, which was so dumb”. Once she had finally mustered up the courage to actually speak to Depp, she told him how she’d helped with the music for his new movie, Alice Through The Looking Glass. However, Pink also said, “I don’t feel like I nailed it”, as the conversation didn’t go well. Depp apparently didn’t understand what she was talking about.
Depp then made his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel, surprising Pink just moments after her tales of embarrassment and inability to talk in his presence.
After trying to hide and going bright red on Jimmy’s couch, Pink greets her crush before he disappeared back stage.
Pink shouted, “This is awful!” to the audience.
Kimmel couldn’t resist commenting on singer’s reaction, “You just actually turned the colour of your hair”.
