Pop superstar Pink has sold 130 million records worldwide and won three Grammy Awards, but they don’t mean a thing when it comes to impressing her daughter, Willow, with her singing abilities.
The singer, whose real name is Alecia Moore, has revealed her four-year-old daughter finds “her singing distracting.”
“When she was 2, she was like, “Shh, Mama, terrible voice,” the star said on Good Morning America.
But luckily Willow has warmed to Pink’s new song, “Just like Fire” although she jokes her daughter, who also stars in the film clip, would “never” tell her.
The song, which was written for the film Alice: Through the Looking Glass, is Pink’s first in three years after the 36-year-old, who is married to retired motocross racer Carey Hart, took time off to be a mum.
“I love being a mama,” she said. “I made a choice a long time ago that I was going to have a successful family, and that is my absolute number one goal.”
