She is currently pregnant with twins and Rebecca Judd shared her top tips for maintaining a healthy pregnancy to her blog Rebecca Judd Loves on August 18.
The TV presenter, 33, revealed her workout regime, saying, “I try and stay fit and toned throughout my pregnancies by doing Great Expectations exercise classes and clinical Pilates.”
“These classes are safe and guided by a women’s health physiotherapist but best of all, you may even be able to claim them if you have private health insurance,” she said, explaining she attends the classes twice a week.
Judd also expressed the importance of having fibre in her diet during pregnancy, and said she also increases her intake of water, muesli and fruit.
The model and style blogger then warned her readers to be cautious of medications, supplements and vitamins during pregnancy.
“As mothers to be, we must be so careful not to harm our precious cargo,” she added.
Judd and her retired AFL star husband Chris, 32, who are parents to son Oscar, 5, and daughter Billie, 2, announced they were expecting twins in April.
