New Idea is told he was spotted by numerous airport staff who were unable to get photos of their own.

The timing could suggest Thomas is replacing British media personality Katie Hopkins who was dropped from Channel Seven’s upcoming season this week after making controversial comments about Australia’s hotel quarantine rules.

Lincoln Younes, starred as Casey Braxton on Home and Away between 2011 and 2014, was reportedly set to star in the revived reality show.

The radio personality was referring to AGT recently being canned by Channel Seven due to Sydney’s COVID-19 restrictions making production virtually impossible.

Neil, who was set to appear on the judging panel for AGT, touched down in Sydney last month and underwent mandatory 14-day hotel quarantine.

However, he flew back to the United States after the network announced AGT‘s postponement.
