Gogglebox star Jad Nehmetallah has spoken for the very first time about rumours he could become Australia’s next Bachelor, after fans begged him to star on the show.

The 34-year-old, who stars alongside his good mates Sarah Marie and Matty Fahd on the hit reality TV program, says he’s been inundated with requests and questions from fans about whether he’d go on The Bachelor.
“It’s insane how many people online and in person have been mentioning it,” he told Lifestyle.com.au.

With Gogglebox and The Bachelor both airing on Channel 10, it wouldn’t be a huge stretch to suggest that Jad could join the show.
The network often looks to stars within their current stable when casting the Bachie, just like former Survivor star Locky Gilbert.

But Jad shut down the rumours, explaining he’s happy with where he’s at now.
“I am interested in finding love and starting a family but I’m having way too much fun with Matty and Sarah Marie on the couch on Gogglebox to do anything else.”
The restauranteur and cafe owner is a huge hit with female fans, with many frequently taking to the comments section on his Instagram account to leave flirty remarks.
“I’ve said it many times … you’re absolutely gorgeous,” one fan commented recently on Jad’s Instagram, while another joked, “I think I just got pregnant.”

The attention from female fans has become so intense that Jad’s mates have jokingly offered their services as his PA.
“Are you hiring for a manager for all the requests from the ladies … if so I’ll see you my CV,” a pal commented on Jad’s Instagram.
Last month, Jad officially confirmed his single status in a cheeky reply to a comment on Instagram.
In response to a fan who asked, “how is it that you don’t have a gf [girlfriend],” Jad replied, “Good things come to those who wait.”
