Constance “Coco” Stedman, 30, reveals she has strawberry-red hair in a throwback picture from her childhood.
However, what hasn’t changed is the contestant’s fiery personality that is on full display in the image, as Coco serves plenty of attitude by appearing to growl at the camera with a clawed hand.
The throwback appeared on @mafs_uncensored Instagram page with the caption, “Guess who?
“From cute little ‘cookie monster’ to stunning “hotdog.”
Of course, Coco is worlds away from the gawky pre-teen in that picture, and these days she rocks a toned Pilates body and long brown hair.
If this picture proves anything, the contestant is playing her true self on the show.
She has been depicted as the show’s next vivacious and controversial personalities, with odd catchphrases, a loud voice and no fear when ruffling feathers.
Coco already has conflict with Samantha after she joked about her ex, who was 16 years older than the blonde mum.
Although Coco has grown into herself since her Cookie Monster pyjamas days, the Pilates instructor admitted on her Instagram that she still feels insecure and compares herself to other women.
On Instagram in January she posted, “It’s pretty wild, whenever my friends say anything to me about people on Instagram I always pipe up with ‘yeah, but you’re seeing their highlight reel, edited photos, photos during a shred, filters etc etc.’”
“But even yesterday, I caught myself looking at a girl on the ‘gram and thinking ‘wish I could look like that’ but I pulled myself out of it pretty quickly. Your worth is never defined by how pretty you are or how good your body is. It’s your values, how you treat the people around you and your own perception of the world,” she continued.
“I try to do multiple things every day to work towards my goals and I think that’s pulled me away from striving for perfection and thinking I’m not worthy unless I am perfect. Just chip away, inch by inch, mile by mile. Love the process. Strive but don’t diminish your own worth in the meantime.”
It is a relief to know that Coco has worked on her self-esteem, considering her MAFS husband Sam has restricting views on the female body.
When the couple discussed breast size on the show, Sam claimed that he left his ex because her body wasn’t to his standard and that he wants a girl “with boobs.”
Hopefully, Sam learns that if he wants a marriage to work, he may need to account for what’s on the inside first.
