Married at First Sight‘s Martha Kalifatidis shocked fans when she shared a makeup free video to her Instagram on Tuesday.

The reality TV star was unrecognisable in the footage, where she was seen cooking a meal to promote a food delivery service.
However, she didn’t go completely au natural, as it looked like she’d used a filter in the clips, as she had freckles and rosy cheeks in the video.
In the promo video, Martha told fans that she wants to “tweak” and “clean up” her diet for summer and cooked a tofu and vegetable stir fry.
It’s unusual to see Martha makeup free, as a makeup artist she is usually perfectly made up in her Instagram posts.
Martha recently told fans in another Instagram post how she’s still trying t find “balance” in her life.
“Some days I drink beer bongs and eat pizza, some days I drink celery juice and go for runs… I’m just beginning to figure out what balance is at 31. Luv that for me!” she wrote.
