Mother-of-four, Rebecca Judd has opened up about her painful experience delivering twins, Tom and Darcy via C-section.
Bec shared her story on her KIIS FM radio show 3PM Pick-Up.
“It’s horrific compared to having a natural delivery,” she revealed. “It kills, it absolutely kills. The fact that you are awake in major abdominal surgery is mind boggling and freaky.”
The 34-year-old explained that the twins arrived six weeks early, forcing her to have an emergency procedure.
Judd went on to say that the pain of giving birth to the twins by C-section was unbearable compared to giving birth to her first two children, Oscar and Billie by natural birth.
“I remember I was lying there on the operating table and I started pretty much having a panic attack, my heart was going nutso – I felt like it was jumping out of my chest,” she continued.
“And I think ‘am I going to die? What’s going on?’ which actually was completely normal.”
