A huge congratulations to Hollywood actor Richard Gere, 70, and his wife Alejandra, 36, who are expecting their second child together!

Hola— the Spanish magazine that worked with the couple in the past and even broke the news of Alejandra’s first pregnancy— revealed the news this morning, claiming she’s three months along and preparing to announce her pregnancy any day now!
The news comes nine months after his wife and the Pretty Woman actor— who’s also starred in hit flicks like An Officer And A Gentlemen and Runaway Bride—welcomed their first child together, a beautiful baby boy named Alexander.
She announced the pregnancy on Instagram, sharing a photo fo the Dalai Lama cradling her baby bump as she stood alongside her husband.
“A very special moment just a few minutes ago… Getting blessings for our precious to come,” the Spanish publicist captioned the stunning photo with the Tibetan Buddhist leader. “We couldn’t announce it before telling HH Dalai Lama.”
The Hollywood superstar— who was also briefly married to supermodel Cindy Crawford in 1991— is also a father to 18-year-old son Homer James Jigme who he shares with his ex-wife of 11 years, Carey Lowell. Alejandra is also mum to 6-year-old son Albert Friedland who she shares with her businessman ex-hubby, Govind Friedland.
Richard and Alejandra were introduced by a mutual friend in 2014 while he was staying at her family’s hotel in Positano. Four years later, the couple wed at the actor’s ranch outside New York City in April.
Speaking about their whirlwind romance after the nuptials, he told Hello he as “the happiest man in the universe”.
“How could I not be? I’m married to a beautiful woman who is smart, sensitive, (and) committed to helping people, who’s fun, patient, who knows how to forgive, who’s a great cook – and who makes the best salads in the world!”
