They’ve been openly dating since October, having famously met on TV’s The Bachelorette in 2015, and now radio host Sam Frost and Sasha Mielczarek are ready to take the next step in their relationship.
While the couple have confirmed there is no truth to tabloid reports they are engaged and having a baby, a source close to the couple have revealed they are planning on moving in together permanently. Currently Mielczarek, 31, is based on the NSW South Coast and spends the weekends with Frost, 27, in Bondi.
“Sasha has a successful career in the building industry, but he wants to balance his career and be close to Sam,” a source told WHO. “He’s looking to move from the South Coast to Sydney, to be with Sam.”

A second insider tells WHO that Frost, who is co-host of the Rove & Sam breakfast show on Hit 104.1 2DayFM, is totally content with her life and relationship, post her reality-TV career. “Sam has never been happier,” says the source. “Personally, she is in a loving and very committed relationship, and professionally, she loves going to work each day at the radio station.”
Frost acknowledges that she would love to get married and start a family one day, but at the moment she and Mielczarek are happy being parents to Rocky, a Maltese–Shih Tzu cross. “Sash is the nicest, sweetest person I’ve ever met in my life,” she tells WHO. “We are very open about talking about the future. But we don’t really put a timeline on things. I think it will happen when it happens.”
