Shannen Doherty is stilling “fighting like a girl” against her battle with cancer.
The 45-year-old actress has continued to document her journey with fans by sharing a photo from her first radiation treatment.
“First day of radiation treatment. I look like I’m about to make a run for it which is accurate. Radiation is frightening to me,” the Charmed actress wrote in an honest caption.
“Something about not being able to see the laser, see the treatment and having this machine moving around you just scares me. I’m sure I’ll get used to it but right now…. I hate it. #radiation #radiationmondaysucks #stillfightinglikeagirl”
A day earlier, Doherty shared a photo with her husband, Kurtis Warienko.
“I love my husband,” the captioned the sweet snap.
The actress confirmed her breast cancer diagnosis in August 2015, and since then has been open with sharing her experiences, including her head shave, CT scans and chemotherapy, on Instagram.
