Following weeks of speculation, Sofia Richie has put finally rumours she’s feuding with her family to bed.
After an insider claimed she’s no longer close with her father thanks to her intense relationship with Scott Disick, the model proved there’s no validity to these claims when she reunited with Lionel for a cute Instagram photo.
While she kept the caption short and sweet— merely tagging her All Night Long singer’s Instagram page— the father-daughter snap showed the pair cuddling up to each other.
Confirmation of their reunion comes after a Kardashian-Jenner insider claimed Sofia is estranged from Lionel and her sister Nicole.
According to the source, Sofia also ditches family events if she receives a more appealing offer from Scott, her bestie Kylie Jenner or any of the makeup mogul’s siblings.
“She barely saw them over the holidays and it’s breaking their hearts, especially Lionel, who now concedes he’s lost Sofia to the Kardashian clan until she grows up and comes to her senses,” the spy told Radar Online.
“If Kim or one of the older sisters invites Sofia anywhere, she drops everyone else – including her family – like a hot potato,” the insider said. “She’s not very popular with the Richies right now, but she doesn’t seem to care.”
What’s worse is Sofia’s sister reportedly warned her about the Kar-Jenner clan, begging her to steer clear of the controversial family. While she’s been dating Scott for over two years now, Nicole was also worried Scott might be “using Sofia to get back at Kourtney for leaving him for Younes Benjima.”
“Nicole thinks that Sofia is setting herself up for disaster by getting involved with someone from the Kardashian clan,” the source added. “She does not want her sister to end up with a broken heart, but knows that it is just a matter of time before he screws her over.”
