Fans went into meltdown on Monday when a source close to Sofia Richie and Scott Disick revealed their two-year relationship isn’t as perfect as it seems.

According to the well-placed insider, drama constantly follows the Keeping Up With The Kardashian star and his 21-year-old girlfriend, leading the couple to often break up and then get back together again.
“Scott and Sofia are the type of couple that constantly split up and get back together,” the source said, adding that’s why we rarely see Scott and Sofia feature on their respective Instagram accounts. “It’s all very dramatic, and then all good again.”
And while the spy said at this point in time they’re not dating, according to US Magazine’s source, this is incorrect. Apparently, Scott and Sofia— who recently sparked concern when she unfollowed Kourtney Kardashian on Instagram— are “totally fine” and even spent a significant amount of time earlier this year “hanging out” with her father, Lionel Richie.
News Scott and Lionel are on good terms may come as a shock to some seeing as rumours have long been swirling that the “All Night Long” singer doesn’t approve of their turbulent relationship. In fact, Lionel had stern words with his daughter last year after she ditched a bunch of their holiday functions to hang out with the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
“She barely saw them over the holidays and it’s breaking their hearts, especially Lionel, who now concedes he’s lost Sofia to the Kardashian clan until she grows up and comes to her senses,” a source told Radar Online.
“If Kim or one of the older sisters invites Sofia anywhere, she drops everyone else – including her family – like a hot potato,” the insider said. “She’s not very popular with the Richies right now, but she doesn’t seem to care.”
What’s worse is Sofia’s sister, Nicole Richie, warned her about the Kar-Jenner family before they began dating and even begged her to steer clear of the controversial family.
“Nicole thinks that Sofia is setting herself up for disaster by getting involved with someone from the Kardashian clan,” the source added. “She does not want her sister to end up with a broken heart, but knows that it is just a matter of time before he screws her over.”
