Three years after Timothée Chalamet first took to the screen as Paul Atredies, the story of Dune is officially getting a female-led spin-off.

Premiering in November 2024, Dune: Prophecy will delve deeper into the origins of the legendary rift between House Atreides and the Harkonnens, with the story focusing on the establishment of the powerful Bene Gesserit sisterhood.

Speaking to The GuardianDune director Denis Villeneuve shared, “The Bene Gesserit have always been so fascinating to me. Focusing a series around that powerful order of women seemed not only relevant and inspiring but a dynamic setting for the television series.”
